How to reach us
Email is the fastest way to get in touch with LLM Status. One address covers everything, so you never have to guess where to send your message:
- Support: questions about your account, the CLI, the model registry, alerts, or anything that isn't working the way you expect.
- Sales and plans: help choosing between Free, Pro, or Lifetime, billing questions, invoices, or upgrades and downgrades.
- Privacy and legal: data requests, security questions, sub-processor inquiries, and other privacy or legal matters.
Response time
We read every message. You can expect a reply within a couple of business days. We aim to get back to support and billing questions sooner when we can.
SMS alerts
If you have opted in to receive model lifecycle alerts by text message, standard message and data rates may apply, and you can manage those messages right from your phone:
- Reply HELP to any alert text for help and instructions.
- Reply STOP to any alert text to unsubscribe from SMS alerts at any time. You will still receive alerts through your other enabled channels, such as the in-app feed and email.
Postal and legal correspondence
LLM Status operates as an online service, so we handle correspondence by email. If you need to send postal or other formal legal correspondence, please email hi@llmstatus.ai first and we will provide the appropriate details for your request.
